Return & Replacement Eligibility

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Only unopened and unused products are eligible
  • Product must be in original packaging with all seals intact
  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances

Important restrictions

Opened Packages

Due to the consumable nature of tea, opened packs cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in case of:

Damaged product

Incorrect item delivered

Damaged in Transit

Product arrived damaged

Broken Seal

Packaging seal broken

To request a replacement, customers must provide:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Video must show the package being opened from a sealed condition
  • Visible proof of damage or incorrect product
  • Requests without valid video proof will not be accepted

Note: Verdella reserves the right to reject any replacement request that does not meet the above conditions.
